ASE Magnificent

Magnificent has a dream pedigree. He is one of the sought after stallions who carry no lines to Marwan al Shaqab and WH Justice but who still carries the important names as Magnum Psyche, El Shaklan, Bask, Khemosabi and Ansata Halim Shah.
Besides his pedigree, Magnificent is representing three other important aspects which are unfortunately disappearing in todays arabian breed;
SIZE, SMALL EARS and BIG EYES. The last two being charismatic to the Arabian Horse but somehow the eyes are getting smaller and the ears are getting bigger which each generation. And although an Arabian Horse is originally smaller in size, a larger size is coming more and more in demand in the past years. The key however is to keep your Arabian typy and elegant, despite the size. Magnificent has done just that. With his size already being 1m52 at two years of age, we expect Magnificent to reach the adult size of at least 1.59m.
The sire of ZT Magnanimus is the illustrious sire ZT Magnanimus, bred by the famous Count Zichy Thyssen from Argentina. Magnanimus was not known for siring top show horses, but mostly famous for his production of strong broodmares who in their turn bred stunning show horses.
In Argentina, Magnanimus was foremost known as a producer of outstanding endurance horses. The list of succesful endurance horses sired by ZT Magnanimus is long but the most succesful ones, competing in CEI** 120km and CEI*** 160km are; ZT Magnomill, ZT Magnojelite, ZT Magnashakda, ZT Magnamelie, ZT Magnalectra and ZT Magnajolie and the CEI**** horse RS Katio who succesfully finished the 2016 World championships endurance in slowakia.
Magnanimus is a son of U.S. National winner AB Magnum, who has sired National winners on four continents, he is a grandson of the National Champions and National Champion sires Magnum Psyche and *El Shaklan. His ancestry includes the National Champion Stallions Padrons Psyche, *Padron, *Bask++, Bay-Abi++, Khemosabi++++/ and *Aladdinn. He traces also to *AN Malik, the all time leading Spanish sire of
ZT Magnanimus
National winners, and four times to the ethereal National Champion sire Ferzon. He is also tracing back to the legendary Gamaar who sired not less than thirteen National Champions. ZT Magnanimus is from the same dam line as the exquisite World Champion Mare and international gold champion producer *ZT Sharuby.
The dam of Magnificent is our treasured mare ASE Bisiriya Hlayyil. She is sired by the early deceased stallion Bishr who was a son of World Champion stallion Hlayyil Ramadan. Hlayyil Ramadan has beautiful classic bloodlines and is sired by Kamar el Zaman who is a son of Salaa el Dine and comes out of Amar (Ansata Halim Shah x Ameera by Madkour I x Hanan). The dam of Hlayyil Ramadan is Haboub, who is double Nazeer by Morafic and El Ameera. The dam of Bishr is the classic mare Bas Aicha who traced back to Bask through G Basgier. Bisiriya is also performing in high level endurance, CEI** 120km.
ASE Bisiriya Hlayyil
In the past years, ASE Bisiriya Hlayyil has proven herself to be an incredible broodmare. Her first born was a brilliant colt named ASE Faraaj (by RFI Farid). He won many champion medals and Best in show titles, was named National Reserve Champion, scored 91 points at the show in Abu Dhabi and was 2nd at the International show in Kuwait. He then proved himself to be a very important sire. He unfortunately passed away in 2017.
Also the other foals from Bisiriya proved to be champion show horses. ASE Juilliard (by Da Vinci FM) and ASE Kamiliya Hlayyil (by Kahil al Shaqab) both won the Silver medal at the International Tulip Cup in Holland. ASE Magnificent is probably the best of all. Having inheritaged the best of both his sire and his dam, Magnificents future looks bright.
The dam of Bisiriya is our foundation mare Manilah. Manilah is sired by the Straight Egyptian stallion Radamess II. Radamess is a son of Salaa el Dine. Which is giving Bisiriya the second cross to this legendary and ultra typy stallion, who is by the icon in Straight Egyptian breeding; Ansata Halim Shah and comes out of the important and treasured broodmare Hanan (Alaa el Dine). The mother of Radamess is Ansata Rebecca. She is by Ansata Abu Sudan and out of Ansata Rhodora who is by the great Ansata Ibn Halima out of Ansata bint Bukra- who is a daughter of the legendary and influential mare Bukra (Shahloul). The dam of Manilah is Marischka. An important broodmare who has produced some incredible offspring like multi champion stallion Major (El Allah Abu) and the broodmare Mamuschka (Maymoun) who produced Brazilian National reserve champion Muranas Mabrouka (Marwan al Shaqab). Marischka is a daughter of World
Champion Plakat. Plakat was a great performer and a very talented showjumper. Besides his sport abilities he also sired (world) champions all over the globe. Plakat is by the Egyptian stallion Aswan and out of Pchelka by Knippel. The dam of Marischka is the straight Egyptian mare Malisha bint Galal. A daughter of Ibn Galal (Galal by Nazeer) and out of Mastura by Saher, giving her four traces to Nazeer in the damline through Habdan Enzahi and Ghazal and three lines to Shahloul through Bukra and El Sareei.
To us, Magnificent has everything we would like to see in an Arabian horse. Type, Balance, movement, a good character and an impaccable pedigree with double Salaa el Dine and lines to Padron, Khemosabi, Ansata Halim Shah, An Malik, El Shaklan, Bask and the strong foundation lines of Plakat and Knippel. We believe Magnificent is the next corner of our breeding program.
