They say the first 40km is the hardest
They say the first 40km in the hardest, but it wasn't ! Last weekend, ASE Bisiriya Hlayil and Talitha Bakker started their first 40km race in Kevelaer Germany. The weather was a bit cold and the track had a bit more stones than anticipated, but Bisiriya had no problems at all. She loved it and was even better in the second loop. They finished with an average speed of 11.7 km/h and a heartbeat of 44!
